Assisting the PTA/PTSA/PTO organizations in electronic communication is the ultimate goal of ptsamail.com business and its Elist manager. We supply the tools and the PTA community provides the volunteers, ideas, and news! However as we continue our service, there is a need to extend a further helping hand. Our current special offerings to assist in building relationships with home, school and community are described below:

HereToHost, LLC offers a FREE Elist Web Package to the PTA Council level unit when five local level PTA units have purchased our Elist Service. HereToHost, LLC wants to support effective current news and events among the PTA community using the Elist service, www.ptsamail.com.  

Another special offer is a 50% discount on a package for the PTA local unit's "first year new school opening." We know that a PTA local unit's first year of establishment begins with limited funds. In order to help schools begin with good communication tools, we are willing to provide this discounted opportunity for its opening year.

Beginning the 2010 school year, we add another special promotion to assist in a win-win situation. We want more growth and you want more discounts. Here is the winning combination: Each current school user can refer four schools* and receive a $25 credit for each when the new customer commits to using our service & pays for a year. The new customer school receives a $25 credit & the referring school receives a $25 credit. The maximum discount a school can receive by referrals is $100 total (4 schools X $25) discount credits. New schools that start using our service can refer three customers as well to receive the maximum discount of $100 ($25 referral discount + $25 from their three referrals). Spread the word to family and friends across the nation. Our Elist Manager and services are NOT advertisement driven. Most free services have advertisements attached to their free service as this is how they make money. Our paid service provides you control over your e-communication.

Our goal is to provide the tools necessary for effective electronic communication and to continually improve our offerings to better serve our customers.
